L+M Development Partners and Twining Properties transformed the Winchester Arms Historic District into a revitalized mixed-use location. Winchester Works supports technology and life science uses, and with existing tenants, Transact Campus, Inc. and BankMobile, the building became part of New Haven’s collaborative technology and biotechnology ecosystem. New tenant and biotech company Halda Therapeutics, occupies 9,800 SF of laboratory and office space.
