Museum Parc will consist of two multi-family rental buildings of approximately 251 units, with approximately 2,500 SF of ground floor retail space and a 4,000 SF gallery that will be leased and operated by the Newark Museum of Art (NMOA). Located along Central Avenue between Washington Street and University Avenue, the project will transform existing surface parking lots into a mixed-income mixed-use development in collaboration with NMOA. In addition, the development will provide additional connectivity to NMOA by locating the gallery at the gateway to the project on the corner of Washington and Central.
