Completed in 2016, the site includes approximately 50,000 square feet of parking, 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and approximately 163 residential rental units. Muji, the Japanese household goods store, anchors 149 Kent Avenue occupying about 8,000 SF of space. It is the fifth Muji location in NYC, and its first venture into Brooklyn. Other tenants include Ovenly, GoHealth, an urgent care center, Dry Bar and Dime Savings Bank.
