25 Maple Avenue is a new construction seven-story rental building located in New Rochelle’s downtown, abutting the Main Street commercial thoroughfare, and a 10-minute walk from the New Rochelle Metro North and Amtrak train station. The development consists of 184 market-rate apartments, approximately 1,900 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and a 115,000 square feet parking structure with public and private parking. The project is a joint venture with Wilder Balter Partners.
The project provides valuable workforce housing resources to the greater New York City metro area, catering to the growing need for transit-oriented housing options at moderate rental rates. The project is 30 minutes by train to Midtown and, in the near future, direct access will be possible via commuter rail to New York Penn Station.
