Yoel Zaid

Yoel is responsible for assisting with the financial analysis, due diligence collection, market research, and project management of LMXD developments. Prior to L+M, Yoel worked as a commercial real estate appraiser at Bowery Valuation, the first venture-backed commercial appraisal firm/proptech company. At Bowery, Yoel apprised a range of different real estate assets classes including multifamily, mixed-use, retail/office, industrial, agricultural land, community use facilities, homeless shelters, and development sites. Yoel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University.
