Max Ritchie

Max joined the team in September 2025 and is responsible for all aspects of the development process for LMXD’s mixed-use, mixed-income projects throughout the greater New York City area. Prior to joining LMXD, he worked for a family office development firm focused on multifamily projects in the Northeast and Midwest. Max earned his BA in International Relations from Brown University and graduated magna cum laude from New York University with an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment.
