Kim is responsible for managing LMXD’s ground-up development projects from inception to completion.
She first joined L+M as a graduate intern in 2018. Subsequently, she worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she structured 2.8M SF of public-private real estate transactions, and as a Development Manager at Lendlease, where she led $400M of development to delivery.
Kim graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master’s Degree in Urban Planning with distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
