Katherine Kelman

Katherine is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing LMXD development projects and growing the LMXD platform. She has led mixed-income developments totaling over $750M in value in Manhattan and Westchester, and acquisition efforts in New York and Westchester. Katherine is a development professional with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sector focusing on ground-up and redevelopment projects with complex entitlements, and a Board member of WX, Women Executives in Real Estate.

Prior to L+M, Katherine was a Vice President at Extell Development Company. Katherine grew up in Queens, and graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. with Honors in Political Science and from the Wharton School with an M.B.A.
