Julia Telzak

Julia advances the team’s mission to develop mixed-income and mixed-use housing across the nation. Since 2019, she has been responsible for managing several large-scale development projects from conception to completion in New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and New York City. Previously, Julia was on the development team at JBG SMITH, where she worked on mixed-use commercial and residential developments across the D.C. area. Julia attended Brown University, where she graduated with honors.
