Jake Pine

Jake is a Managing Director at LMXD who oversees new developments. He joined L+M in 2010 and has been part of LMXD since its inception. He has been involved in over $750 million of real estate development projects encompassing more than 1,500 residential units and 550,000 square feet of commercial space across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Louisiana. He has experience across multiple asset classes, including mixed-income multifamily, R&D/life sciences, and commercial projects. Jake’s background spans the full development lifecycle, with hands-on roles in construction, commercial leasing, finance, acquisition, and project execution. 

His additional relevant experience includes leading significant mixed-use adaptive reuse developments, structuring complex financing arrangements involving public and private capital, and navigating entitlements and incentives across diverse markets. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Cum Laude, from the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa. Jake lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
