Aneesh Ram

Aneesh is responsible for assisting with deal underwriting, project management, and asset management of LMXD developments.

Prior to LMXD, Aneesh worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Cadre, a technology enabled real estate private equity firm, where he worked on a US wide portfolio of deals across multifamily, office, hotel, and industrial asset classes. Prior to Cadre, Aneesh worked as an Investment Analyst at Zyyo, a sunbelt-oriented development firm.

Aneesh holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
