Aneesh Ram

Aneesh is responsible for the assessment of new development opportunities and asset management of completed projects within the LMXD portfolio across the tri-state area. Prior to LMXD, Aneesh worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Cadre, a technology-enabled real estate private equity firm, where he worked on a US-wide portfolio of assets across multifamily, office, hotel, and industrial asset classes. Aneesh has also worked as an Investment Analyst at Zyyo, a sunbelt-oriented hospitality and multifamily development firm, where he assisted with the capitalization and development of the Hotel Bourre Bonne in downtown Louisville. Aneesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
