Enzo Sinopoli

Enzo oversees all phases of construction, from design development through project completion and turnover. With more than 15 years of experience, he has delivered over 2.5 million square feet of development across a wide range of projects. Since 2012, Enzo has played a key role in complex residential high-rise developments throughout New York City and the surrounding metro area, successfully managing the delivery of condominiums, mixed-income, and affordable housing projects totaling more than 2,100 units.
